About GTA Air Project

Our Mission

Make ISSF air rifle and air pistol shooting truly accessible in the GTA — giving beginners an easy, welcoming way to start, while providing serious shooters with a high-quality training environment close to home.

A Shooter Building for Shooters

Project Lead & Founder
  • Former Canadian National Team — ISSF Smallbore
  • Former Toronto Police Officer and Army Reservist
  • Software Engineer

Dave is a long-time ISSF smallbore shooter who competed on the Canadian National Team for many years. That experience — training at a high level, understanding what serious athletes need, and knowing how hard it is to access that environment in a major city — is what sparked this project.

Beyond shooting, Dave brings a diverse background: he's worked as a Toronto Police Officer, served as an Army Reservist, and currently works as a Software Engineer.

Above all, Dave is passionate about making precision shooting available to the next generation. Not just for competitive athletes, but for anyone curious about the sport — young or old, beginner or elite.

Better access for the next generation of shooters

The Gap is Real

There is no dedicated ISSF 10m air facility in the GTA. Serious shooters drive far outside the city to train, and beginners have almost nowhere to start.

Accessibility is the Point

Equipment provided, no experience required, flexible access that fits real schedules. Every design decision is about lowering barriers, not raising them.
